Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management, growth and profitability of branch.
• Cross-trained on all functions within the branch.
• Oversee day-to-day management of facility, staff and operations.
• Maximize branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction, and CSP scores.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff; manage performance.
