Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years banking experience
• Consumer/Residential lending experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Background in banking regulations and compliance training

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch growth, profitability, and operations
• Hire, onboard, discipline, and motivate staff; coach performance
• Lead community outreach and business development
• Use reports and 360 View to maximize results
• Develop and maintain loan and deposit portfolios aligned with campaigns
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; protect bank
• Communicate goals clearly to staff
