Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to coach and lead branch staff to achieve growth goals while delivering outstanding member service and maintaining operational excellence. The role partners with the Branch Vice President to implement branch strategies aligned with VyStar’s objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role is required.
• 2 years’ experience in a lead role within a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and lead branch employees to achieve growth goals.
• Deliver unbelievable member service experiences and maintain operational excellence.
• Partner with Branch VP to create and implement branch strategies.
• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly sales meetings with product/service training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management.
