Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to coach and develop branch staff, driving growth and exceptional member service. You will partner with the Branch Vice President to execute strategic plans and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong member relationships, lead community involvement, and mentor interns where applicable, while ensuring compliance and performance standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service/sales/leadership roles; 2 years in a lead role in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead branch employees to achieve growth goals and deliver exceptional member service.
• Collaborate with Branch VP to implement branch strategies and annual business plan.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly sales meetings; train staff on products and services.
