Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to expand existing and new client bases.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and development of branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain regular client communications and conduct business reviews; optimize pay/bill rates.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Oversee talent delivery, evaluating process improvements to reduce service costs.
