Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive growth in client accounts, and manage P&L for the branch. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include setting plans for growth, optimizing billing and pay rates, and conducting regular business reviews with leadership. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop client relationships and expand services.
• Lead day-to-day branch operations; coach recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding, and credit/terms negotiations.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews with director-level stakeholders.
