Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, grow the bottom line, and lead a branch team. You’ll recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients while maximizing fill rate and client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met and drive continuous improvement.
