Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow existing accounts, and win new business across the branch. You will own the branch P&L, manage budgets, and drive recruitment and development to meet service levels and KPIs.

You will foster strong client relationships, oversee staffing, and coordinate with HR and operations to deliver best-in-class customer service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience and a high school diploma.
• Two years of direct sales experience with growth track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally in groups.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Manage branch P&L and budget.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
