Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead growth, nurture client relationships, and drive bottom-line results. This role includes P&L management, recruitment strategy, and developing top talent within the branch to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish growth plans, supervise a sales/service team, and align programs with client needs, SLA targets, and risk controls while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and expand revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor costs and fuel growth.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop branch staff to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure service levels and client expectations (SLA) are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Lead recruiting activities and build local relationships with talent sources.
• Engage in credit, collections, and licensing compliance as needed.
