Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client relationships, and branch performance in a dynamic staffing environment. You will drive sales plans, recruitment strategies, and ensure top-tier service to candidates and clients.

You will manage day-to-day branch operations, coach recruiters, and collaborate with clients to align staffing with business needs, while maintaining compliance and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or client management.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop client relationships and meet SLA targets.
• Lead branch P&L management and cost-control decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch team to deliver strong client service.
• On-board new customers, define terms, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPI metrics, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
