Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, recruit top talent, and manage branch P&L. You will develop plans to win new accounts, retain existing ones, and deliver strong customer service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee daily operations, coaching recruiters, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, and driving cost control while building a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plans to grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Manages branch P&L and cost controls to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Coaches recruiters and manages day-to-day performance to meet service levels.
• Drives recruitment strategies, client relationships, and SLA adherence.
