Job summary

Valley National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in Coral Gables, FL. The role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and exceptional client service in a commercial banking environment.

You will partner with the Business Banker to expand relationships, work closely with the Middle Office, and coach staff toward ambitious targets while maintaining strong risk management and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with at least 3 years of related managerial experience.
• Experience leading branch teams, coaching, and achieving sales and service goals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and treasury services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, and operations.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients at a commercial branch location.
• Partner with Business Banker to grow existing client relationships and prospect new ones.
• Collaborate with Middle Office to meet needs of Business Banking and Middle Market clients.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve sales targets and service goals; manage performance.
