Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive banking (branch) experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities required.
• Strong branch operations and sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to attend two-week Retail Training Class in Miami Lakes or Boynton Beach; mileage reimbursement possible.
• Knowledge of AML/regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Market Leader in ensuring the branch meets and exceeds day-to-day sales and revenue goals and credit quality standards through personal and staff production.
• Lead, direct, manage and coach all personnel within a branch to meet and exceed established short-term and long-term sales goals.
• Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a Branch, including budget, personnel, goal achievement, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure branch operations are accurate and timely; maintain operational integrity.
• Manage service levels and protect customer experience; ensure compliance and risk controls.
• Approve specific check amounts, wire transfers, cashier''s checks, uncollected funds, and insufficient funds per authority limits.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities and empower team members to remove obstacles to sales and service.
• Maintain understanding of current financial products, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Adhere to policies, compliance/audit requirements; perform branch assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate with Market Leader to generate new business and maintain high performance; support community relations.
