M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager in College Park, MD to lead a high-performing retail banking team. This role has personal production responsibility and focuses on growing branch profitability through sales, coaching, and community engagement.

You will oversee customer and employee experience, digital engagement, and operations while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive banking leadership experience and a proven track record in business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Experience in retail banking or business banking preferred.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Life/Health licensing within 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Directs sales and business development to meet annual goals.
• Leads coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Identifies customer needs and provides banking solutions.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships in the community.
• Interviews and selects branch staff.
• Models and coaches exceptional customer service and compliance.
• Manages loan requests up to 250,000 with bundled products.
• Ensures risk controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains customer relationships until issues are resolved.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional partners to serve customers.
