Members 1st Partnership is seeking a Branch Manager II in Harrisburg to lead branch growth, partnerships, and a high-standard member experience. You will develop staff, drive deposits and loans, and maintain a service-focused culture across the team.

You will engage with the community, recruit qualified leaders, and implement sales initiatives while promoting digital self-service tools. A bachelor's degree and leadership experience are preferred.

• Select qualified candidates and create development plans to support growth.
• Engage with the community to build strategic partnerships and relationships.
• Foster a consultative sales culture and connect staff to technology and self-service options.
• Provide coverage for other departments as needed.
