Job summary

Members 1st is looking for a Universal Branch Manager to drive branch objectives and enhance member and staff experience. You will lead growth in deposits, loans, and service metrics while promoting a consultative sales culture. The role involves staff selection, development planning, and community engagement to form strategic partnerships.

You will oversee lobby and transactional engagement, turning everyday interactions into advisory opportunities, with coverage for other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience; 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures.
• Ability to promote products and services to meet customer needs in a retail or financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch growth of deposits, loans and service ratio while ensuring exceptional member and associate experience.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; build partnerships within Members 1st and the community.
