Members 1st Partnership seeks a Branch Manager II to lead the branch with focus on exceptional member and associate experience. You will drive deposits, loans, and service metrics through partnerships in the community and within Members 1st by fostering sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio.
• Develop partnerships within Members 1st and the communities it serves.
• Select qualified candidates and create development plans for staff growth.
• Foster a consultative sales culture with members and staff and promote technology/self-service options.
