Members 1st Partnership seeks an Universal Branch Manager to lead our Bethlehem branch, driving deposits, loans, and service performance while delivering an exceptional experience for both members and associates.

You will build partnerships within Members 1st and the local community, develop staff, and promote a consultative sales culture focused on technology and self-service options to enhance growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related leadership/management experience.
• Strong ability to promote products and services to meet customer needs in a retail financial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives and deliver exceptional member and associate experience.
• Direct branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio through internal partnerships and community engagement.
• Develop candidate development plans and recruit qualified staff to drive growth and service.
• Foster a consultative sales culture by guiding staff and members to technology and self-service options.
