Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing to drive sales excellence and customer service in a high-volume branch.
• 4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch targets in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Drive exceptional customer experience validated by customer surveys.
• Maintain strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain a NMLS unique identifier.
