Job summary

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union in Mililani is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I-II to support branch operations, lead a motivated team, and drive member service excellence in the Mililani area. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and underwriting processes while promoting community engagement and cross-selling of HawaiiUSA products.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of helping branches meet sales goals.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales and service.
Experience in loan underwriting and/or depository and branch-related products.
Knowledge of credit union or banking regulations.
Notary and NMLS certifications or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Schedule, plan, and cross-train staff to maximize efficiency.
Lead sales training conversations with staff and members to meet sales goals.
Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Manage consumer loan underwriting processes and provide financial consulting to members.
Foster relationships and collaborate with internal teams to drive branch sales and business development initiatives.
Attend community events to promote HawaiiUSA products and grow membership.
Supervise staff and ensure sound decision-making.
