HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations in Lihue, HI. You will oversee customer service, loan underwriting, staffing, and sales initiatives to drive profitability and member satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services with 3+ in management, strong banking regulations knowledge, and a willingness to obtain Notary/Public credentials if needed. On-call availability is required and travel may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a financial organization with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in loan underwriting, loan sales, and managing loan portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, team management, and talent retention.
• Notary Public preferred (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months of employment).
• Valid driver’s license and commute in personal vehicle as required.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily branch operations including customer service, loan underwriting, and personnel to ensure smooth and compliant functioning.
• Lead, supervise, and develop branch personnel by providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Drive branch sales initiatives by promoting loan products, managing loan portfolios, and executing outbound calling campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies while handling banking disputes and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee profit and loss management by monitoring financial performance, controlling expenses, and implementing process improvements to maximize branch profitability.
• On call 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
• NMLS.
• Notary Public (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months of employment).
• Other duties and travel as assigned.
