HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager II to support daily operations, coach staff, and drive branch growth in Hawaii. You will balance coaching with hands‑on management to ensure member satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cross‑training, underwriting oversight, and cross‑team collaboration to promote products and services while meeting regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in loan underwriting and/or depository and branch related products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking regulations.
• Notary (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months of employment).
• NMLS (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months of employment).

Responsabilidades

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, planning, and cross-training staff to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Lead sales training conversations with staff and members to meet or exceed branch sales goals.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and present persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage consumer loan underwriting processes and provide financial consulting to members to meet their needs effectively.
• Foster strong banking relationships and collaborate with internal teams to drive branch sales and business development initiatives.
• Attend community events to promote HawaiiUSA products/services to grow membership, loans, & deposits.
• Service existing members and SEGs within assigned market.
