Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Retail Banking management.
• Advanced understanding of branch operations, financial performance drivers, and business strategy execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and services with understanding of consumer lending processes.
• Notary certified, Medallion, and Licensed Banker within the first 12 months.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and fraud risks.
• Operations Management: Drive performance and member growth while managing complex transactions.
• Leadership: Coach and develop teams, support succession planning, and foster collaboration.
• Influence decisions using data and performance insights to achieve division goals.
• Adhere to policies and support risk management and regulatory requirements.
• In the absence of the Branch Manager, assume branch leadership responsibilities.
