HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I-II to support branch operations, drive sales, and lead teams in Hawaii. The role emphasizes coaching, underwriting oversight, and customer service excellence.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and several years in sales/service, plus knowledge of banking rules. This position offers opportunities for growth, community involvement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience.
• Proficiency in loan underwriting and/ or depository and branch related products.
• Knowledge of credit union or banking regulations.
• Notary (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months).
• NMLS (or willing to obtain within the first 12 months).

Responsabilidades

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, planning, and cross-training staff to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Lead sales training conversations with staff and members to meet or exceed branch sales goals.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and present persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage consumer loan underwriting processes and provide financial consulting to members to meet their needs effectively.
• Foster strong banking relationships and collaborate with internal teams to drive branch sales and business development initiatives.
• Attend community events to promote HawaiiUSA products/services to grow membership, loans, & deposits.
