Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License within first twelve months and ongoing education.
• Ability to work on Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a branch team to significantly impact new revenue through identifying customer needs and Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Educates customers and staff about Regions products and digital solutions.
• Coaches and develops staff through iConnect process with minimal guidance.
• Provides coaching to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs.
