United Community Banks Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a Florida branch. You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance with banking policies.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, coaching performance, and executing business plans to achieve growth targets. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and up to 25% travel as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of consumer and small business lending operations, teller and CSR functions.

Mansioni

• Manage overall branch growth, profitability and operations.
• Cross-train on all branch functions and supervise staff.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staffing.
• Use reports to maximize branch and staff results.
• Maximize branch revenues and customer satisfaction while controlling losses.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Develop and implement branch business plans and campaigns.
• Lead community relations and business development efforts.
