Zions Bank seeks a Branch Manager to oversee the overall performance and operations of the branch, including loans, deposits, service quality, and staff management. You will lead both inside and outside sales efforts and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will develop new business and deepen existing relationships, extend credit to a diverse client base, and maintain strong community presence while guiding a team to achieve

Qualifikationen

• Must have a college degree and 2+ years experience in branch banking, other banking or retail management.
• Knowledge of banking industry, including lending and banking products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Ability to lead a group and work with a variety of clients, employees and management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Oversee overall branch performance: loans, deposits, referrals, service quality, and staff management.
• Lead business development: expand existing relationships and develop new business with clients.
• Provide sales leadership for the branch, managing inside and outside sales efforts.
• Direct branch operations, risk management, and security to comply with laws and regulations.
• Extend credit to businesses and individuals across various loan types.
• Develop community relations and represent the bank locally.
• Handle cash and customer service duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
