Job summary

Liberty Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive profitability, and expand market share within the community. You will coach teammates, lead sales initiatives, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing HR activities, developing relationships, and partnering with senior management to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 2 years sales management experience in Retail and/or Financial Services preferred.
Strong people leadership skills and ability to coach teammates to sales goals.
Ability to develop new and existing business relationships and conduct weekly business calls.
Strategic thinking and ability to execute on direction, priorities, and goals.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily branch operations and provides retail services to achieve growth.
Manages HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and career development.
Leads weekly in-person business calls to deepen new and existing relationships.
Achieves branch and individual sales goals through product knowledge and coaching.
Maintains relationships with top customers and grows the branch portfolio.
