Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow a full-service branch in Utah. You will manage loans, deposits, and service quality while guiding a team of exempt and non-exempt staff, and you will drive new business development through client outreach and relationship management.

You will provide sales leadership for both inside and outside teams, ensure compliance and risk oversight, and extend credit across diverse loan portfolios.

Qualifications

• College degree and 2+ years in branch banking or related management.
• Education plus experience may meet requirements.
• Knowledge of banking industry and lending products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Ability to lead and build relationships with clients and staff.
• Ability to set high quality work standards and lead a group.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch performance and operations, including loans, deposits, referrals, and service quality.
• Lead business development and expand existing relationships; call on clients.
• Provide sales leadership for inside and outside teams.
• Direct branch activities with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Extend credit across commercial, consumer, real estate, and agricultural loans.
• Foster community development and relationships.
• Process cash transactions and client service duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
