Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and related training or experience is required.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching, mentoring, and retention of a high performing team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Engages in business development and customer relations within the market area.
• Interview loan applicants and analyze financial data to determine credit worthiness and loan merits.
• Assist Branch/Regional Manager in sales management, reviewing sales activities and conducting meetings.
• Demonstrates effective sales strategies to attract and retain customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Represents the bank in business development events and at networking/community functions.
• Make outbound calls and external appointments to grow deposits and cross-sell services.
• Provide referrals to Commercial Lending, Mortgage, Credit Cards, Merchant Services, and Investment Services.
