Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch & Community Development Manager for Community Bank, N.A.

to drive branch growth, cultivate new business, and strengthen customer relationships across Upstate New York and surrounding regions. You will lead a branch team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve annual Loan Growth, Deposit Growth, and service objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to promote product and service solutions, with emphasis on deposit growth
• Engage with community, customers, and local businesses to grow branch presence
• Lead and develop branch staff to meet sales and service goals
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, loan products, pricing, and regulatory requirements
• Refer loan opportunities to bank partners and collaborate with affiliates on referrals
• Oversee a loan portfolio for business customers as applicable
• Monitor performance with District/Regional Managers to achieve growth and profitability
• Address customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction
• Support scheduling for branch coverage and staff development
• Travel to training and meetings as needed
