You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and lead a high‑performing team focused on service excellence and revenue growth. The role emphasizes community engagement, strategic partnerships, and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote deposit growth and loan opportunities.
• Spend time outside the branch for external meetings and community engagement.
• Build relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Ensure staff are trained and motivated to meet sales and service goals.
• Monitor branch performance with managers to achieve growth, sales, and profit objectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
