You will lead a branch team, drive deposits and loan growth, deepen customer relationships, and engage with the local community to enhance the bank’s reputation. The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership experience, strong sales and coaching skills, and a thorough understanding of retail banking products, compliance, and risk controls.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
