Qualifications

• Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial performance management in a branch or multi-site environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and ability to present strategy to leadership and coach staff.
• Strong systems and process orientation that builds structure for team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and sales teams with a people-first approach.
• Own all personnel management functions in partnership with HR, including performance management and succession planning.
• Manage branch P&L, including revenue targets, labor costs, and margins.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the branch.
• Drive branch sales activity and meet targets, while partnering with Marketing on campaigns.
