Mesa Systems in South Salt Lake, UT seeks a General Manager to lead a branch end-to-end, delivering profitable growth while upholding Mesa’s Pride. You’ll own P&L, drive revenue, and steward culture. This hands-on role requires building strong teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with operations, sales, and safety to optimize performance, ensure safety compliance, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or service-based industries.
• Proven success managing P&L ($20M) and driving business performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Experience in moving & storage, logistics, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Drive revenue growth across local, national, and O&I business lines.
• Forecast, plan, and execute against financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across operations and support roles.
• Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and respect.
• Identify and develop future leaders and address employee relations matters.
