This role blends strategic sales leadership with recruiting expertise and operational management to develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional service.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, align sales with client needs, and expand market share in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in operations management and B2B selling.
• Passion for winning and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership, motivational, and team-building abilities.
• Strategic selling and negotiation expertise.
• Financial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop a strong branch team that embraces our TLC culture and delivers exceptional service to talent and clients.
• Ensure high-quality operational service for all clients, maintaining compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Partner with corporate departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Safety) to drive branch performance and operational improvements.
• Analyze accurate and timely data in the ATS to identify trends and opportunities for improved performance.
• Travel within the market for job fairs, client visits, unemployment hearings, and other branch-related activities.
