Job summary

The role requires strong P&L ownership, ability to manage day-to-day operations, and a proven track record in delivering quality projects on time and on budget. Build client relationships and uphold CBX’s SERVE values while guiding a multi-site team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of P&L ownership in a multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution discipline.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers, sales professionals, and supervisors.
• Own personnel management in partnership with HR, including performance and succession planning.
• Direct day-to-day operations to meet revenue targets and project delivery deadlines.
• Drive branch profitability and cash flow through forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and GC partner partnerships.
• Support sales on bids and contract finalization.
