Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to oversee operations across our Texas branches. You will direct sales activities, manage P&L, and align branch goals with corporate strategy while ensuring profitability and excellent customer service.

You will lead and train branch managers, review budgets, monitor reports, build relationships with contractors and suppliers, and drive growth through market expansion. Degree and 5+ years in distribution or related field required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in distribution management or related materials.
• Experience managing a branch preferred and interacting with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Texas branches and ensure profitability.
• Direct and train branch managers and staff; allocate personnel as needed.
• Manage branch P&L, monitor budgets and cost controls, and report to senior management.
