Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC in Nashville seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the local branch, drive sales, and maximize profitability while building strong client and partner relationships.

You will oversee daily operations, manage teams across security integration projects, coordinate with marketing, control costs, and deliver excellent service to customers in a dynamic office/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience within Security Integration.
• Minimum 5-7 years in Security Integration Solutions.
• Experience managing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Meets and develops relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals that interact with the Branch.
• Conducts regular coaching, counseling and mentoring sessions with all levels of management and sales to build a positive work environment.
• Reviews bids with final signing on all GC contracts.
• Assigns, instructs, trains and provides directions to managers and supervisors.
