Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the local branch and drive overall performance. You will oversee daily operations, manage sales activity, and maximize profitability while guiding a team of managers and specialists in security integration solutions.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, coaching, and cross-functional leadership to achieve targets, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Security Integration or related field.
• Experience leading multiple teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Coach, mentor, and lead management and sales staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Review bids and approve GC contracts; oversee P&L and budgeting.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and measure results; drive project delivery.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee personnel management with HR support and ensure regulatory compliance.
