You will own the branch's financial performance across revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management; oversee daily operations across sales, service, warehouse, inventory, staffing, safety and administration; and partner with internal teams to ensure projects and service commitments are delivered safely,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning business development and operations in industrial, manufacturing, or service-driven environments.

The client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead overall success of a high-performing location, with a focus on driving business growth, developing strong teams, and delivering outstanding service. This role emphasizes accountability, operational improvement, coaching, and measurable financial results, including responsibility for the branch’s performance rather than an individual sales quota.

The Branch Manager will lead daily operations across sales, service, warehouse, inventory, staffing, safety, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include owning branch financial performance across revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management; developing operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction; monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions; and strengthening relationships with key B2B customers while supporting local business development. The role also includes partnering with internal teams to ensure projects and service commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience spanning business development and operations within industrial, manufacturing, or service-driven environments, along with proven experience managing a P&L while leading multi-functional branch operations. They should demonstrate success developing sales teams and creating accountability-driven cultures, and have experience leading cross-functional teams in service, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings. Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally as needed are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
