Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions.
• Demonstrate digital tools and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers and address immediate needs through lobby management.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately per policy.
• Own escalated account issues and log complaints in systems.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Support branch operations (cash, vault, ATMs, wires).
• Handle consumer AML/KYC-related activities with compliance.
