Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, providing a positive branch experience.
• Explain credit union services and products and assist with account openings/closings.
• Resolve account discrepancies and assist with complex transactions.
• Assist members with ATM+ and troubleshooting technology issues.
• Promote and explain services to build financial relationships.
• Handle branch procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
