• Strong math skills preferred. Previous cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members visiting the branch, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Explain credit union services and products; perform tasks like opening/closing accounts and account research.
• Resolve member account discrepancies with file maintenance and necessary changes; escalate complex transactions as needed.
• Assist members with troubleshooting technology-related transactions and issues.
