Chase seeks a Branch Operations Lead to collaborate with the Branch Manager, ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate client transactions. You will guide daily operations, supervise cash handling, and uphold bank policies while educating the team and referring clients to specialists as needed.

You will promote self-service options and maintain strong loss prevention and audit standards, including weekend/evening hours as required.

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Lead branch operations including cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to team and specialists to address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options and convenient access for clients.
• Support loss control, audits, and overall branch security.
