The role focuses on customer experience, lobby management, and partnerships with specialists to meet client needs. Training will cover policies, procedures, loss control, and audits.

You will guide operations, manage cash devices, promote self-service options, and foster community relations while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively, while checking them into the queue.
