Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch operations, oversee client transactions, and develop relationships with customers. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to uphold service standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while promoting self-service options for clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to educate the team and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Weekend and evening hours are required.

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and uphold policies and controls.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to improve the client experience.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
