Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients any time of day.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
