Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM, resolving issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
