Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to collaborate with the Branch Manager and drive excellent client experiences at the branch level. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will greet clients, assist with transactions, promote self-service options, and help the team manage risk and audits while building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Complete Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch where clients feel valued.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during their visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, while ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
